Through thoughtful property management, creative storytelling and a trusted local support team,
we make it effortless for both sides. We take care of everything - from cleaning and photography to guest experience -
so owners can relax and guests can truly live here.

Hi, I’m Bartosz - founder of Direction Palm. After years in finance, real estate and travel,
I realized that what really matters isn’t just numbers or listings - it’s how people feel in a place.
Costa del Sol became my inspiration to design something different: a bridge between people who own homes here
and those who dream of living by the sea, even for a while.
Every day, our team works to make that bridge stronger - one stay at a time.
